Manchmal braucht man ein bisschen, um auf den Geschmack zu kommen. Bei mir war es bei Spooky Tooth so. Spooky Tooth plus Pupertät ist eine Mischung, die es in sich hat...:-) Damit war für mich klar: Spooky Tooth ist Kult. Wie bei jeder anderen Band auch, hat Spooky Tooth nicht nur Fans, aber echte Fans wissen, was sie an Spooky Tooth haben. Spooky Tooth hat neben anderen namenhaften Bands den Sound Ihrer Zeit mitgeprägt. Wenn hohe Chartplatzierungen verdient gewesen wären bzw. verdient waren, dann war das bei Spooky Tooth sicherlich der Fall. Note eins verdient abgeholt würde ich mal sagen. Denn auch live waren die Auftritte von Spooky Tooth eine klasse Show. Wer vor Ort war, hatte richtig Spass. Toll!!! Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass man Spooky Tooth noch häufig live erleben darf. Zumindest auf DVD. Den Fernseher werde ich mir dann für die nächsten zwei Wochen reservieren und dann läuft die DVD rauf und runter. Ich hoffe, dass ich auch noch in 30 Jahren kein alter Sack bin...zumindest was meinen Musikgeschmack angeht. Vielleicht gefällt Spooky Tooth dann ja auch meine Kids. Mal sehen...
