Gehören Sie auch zu den Menschen, die am Anfang nicht wissen, was Sie wollen? Ich gehöre auf jeden Fall dazu! Ich merkte es nach einiger Zeit, dass ich The Congos gut finde. The Congos sind für mich seit jeher großer Sport! Meine Meinung ist: The Congos ist Kult. Wie bei jeder anderen Band auch, hat The Congos nicht nur Fans, aber echte Fans wissen, was sie an The Congos haben. Wer hatte zu dieser Zeit eigentlich keine Platten von The Congos? The Congos hatten unter ihren Veröffentlichungen einige erfolgreiche Chartplatzierungen. Note eins verdient abgeholt würde ich mal sagen. Denn The Congos hat nicht nur einmal die Hütte so richtig zum Kochen gebracht. Gekonnt ist eben gekonnt. Davon kann sich so mancher Künstler noch eine DICKE (!) Scheibe abschneiden. Großer Sport!!! Fans dürfen weiterhin auf bestes Entertainement durch The Congos auf DVD hoffen. Der Urlaub wird gestrichen und der DVD-Player kann dann heisslaufen. Ich hoffe, dass ich auch noch in 30 Jahren kein alter Sack bin...zumindest was meinen Musikgeschmack angeht. Vielleicht gefällt The Congos dann ja auch meine Kids. Mal sehen... Ich würde mich freuen.
